DLA Architects is a multifaceted design studio with expertise spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The firm is inviting applications from inventive and dedicated architects capable of contributing original design solutions and shepherding projects from initial conception through to final execution. Core responsibilities encompass developing architectural concepts, producing compelling design presentations, and generating detailed construction drawings across all stages, from schematic design through design development, GFC, and tender documentation. The role necessitates close collaboration with structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialized consultants. Regular site visits are required to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is realized. All work must comply with pertinent local building regulations and statutory mandates. Additional tasks include preparing comprehensive project documentation, area statements, and design reports, actively participating in client meetings and design workshops, and supporting business development initiatives as needed.
