• *Job Purpose**

Embarking on a major Digital \& Business Transformation initiative which implies replacing existing ERPs with a new SAP ecosystem leveraging S/4 Hana.

As a member of the team in charge of designing and building of all program interfaces, you’ll be leading the integration team devsecops practice including CI/CD procedures, release management, security standard enforcement, testing strategy \& tools, observability,service introduction to operations teams and integration asset documentation in the enterprise API \& event catalogue

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Enable integration delivery teams to ship features at scale, securely with the highest quality, embracing DevSecOps best practices services, automation and AI techniques where appropriate.
• Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to automate quality gate, security assurance, testing and observability to reduce manual effort and improve product quality.
• Collaborate closely with program management office to align build and release processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Promote DevOps principles and culture across team
• Lead contact for implementing integration end to end observability.
• Deploy integration test tools and promote their use with the program
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security InfoSec team to constantly evaluate security posture for Integration deliverables and keep build pipelines up to date to help enforce security policies relevant to integration domain.
• Implement process for cataloging and publishing integration assets within the enterprise catalogues
• Implement a solid process for handing over support to Operations team (Service Introduction)

Role has a global geographical scope.

Role implies coordination and communication with multiple DT teams.

Role involves interaction with external vendors (SAP, Microsoft, IBM…)

• *Job Specifications/Qualifications**

Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management

ITIL and/or PMI certification

Proven leadership and Influencing experience through interaction with key stakeholders

Experience within IT, in an IT Application or IT Technology

In\-depth expertise in a IT functional or technical area, preferably in Integration Technology
