Openings

\- Architects with 3 to 8 years of experience

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.

Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing project execution.

Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, including experience with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and integrating digital platforms for project collaboration.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of sustainable design principles, contextual and vernacular architecture, and environmentally responsible material and system selection.

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.

Strong visual communication skills, including proficiency in 2D/3D visualisation, presentation graphics, and clear written documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively on\-site, respond constructively to feedback, and manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced studio environment.

Prior experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects and familiarity with local building regulations in Bengaluru or similar urban contexts is beneficial.

\- Skill in coordinating with consultants, contractors and site teams

\- (For senior roles) Experience managing project teams and client relationships
