ARCHITECT – CONSTRUCTION \& PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a talented, creative, and technically skilled Architect to join our team, with a primary focus on architectural planning, construction design, project development, and on\-site execution of our company's construction and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of architectural design, construction methodologies, technical drawings, and project coordination. We are seeking a professional who can transform project requirements into practical, innovative, and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring their effective implementation at the construction site.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed plans for the company's construction and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and technical documentation.
• Handle construction planning, design development, and project execution in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved architectural designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design\-related issues arising during construction.
• Ensure proper space planning, material selection, structural coordination, and overall design feasibility.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, functionality, and design quality.

• *Eligibility \& Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in the architectural field.
• Practical knowledge of construction planning, site supervision, and project execution.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, building practices, technical drawings, and architectural standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary Package: **₹35,000 – ₹50,000** per month (Based on experience and expertise).

Additional Benefits: Other applicable allowances and performance\-based incentives.

Work Mode: Full\-time, On\-site (Remote work not available).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
