• Experience in Kinaxis project implementation and support
• End\-to\-end understanding of S\&OP processes
• SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integration experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Application Support \& Operations**

• Work with global teams to provide 24/7 client support.
• Be available for weekend and off\-business\-hour support when required.
• Monitor systems proactively and address issues before they impact business operations.
• Manage incidents and support activities for Kinaxis RapidResponse environments.

• *Solution Delivery**

• Collaborate with offshore development teams to deliver custom solutions.
• Support implementation and enhancement of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Assist with integration between Kinaxis and SAP systems.

• *Client \& Stakeholder Management**

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business\-friendly language.
• Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and executives.
