Architect

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in handling residential apartments, commercial spaces, and interior projects. The candidate should possess excellent architectural design skills, strong technical drafting knowledge, and exceptional AutoCAD speed and accuracy, comparable to an experienced draftsman.

The candidate must be capable of independently handling design development, detailed drawings, coordination, and site execution requirements within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential apartments, commercial buildings, and interior projects.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, construction details, and execution drawings.
• Demonstrate excellent drafting speed and accuracy, comparable to a professional draftsman.
• Handle drawing revisions and modifications quickly without compromising technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution.
• Handle space planning, material selection, finishes, and interior design requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve design\-related issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
• Manage multiple drawing assignments and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure quality, functionality, aesthetics, and cost\-effectiveness in all design deliverables.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in residential apartments, commercial projects, and interior design.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD with exceptional drafting speed and precision.
• Ability to independently prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, detailing, and execution practices.
• Excellent understanding of working drawings, technical specifications, elevations, and sections.
• Strong design, space\-planning, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and drawing assignments within tight deadlines.
• Good coordination, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with hands\-on experience in handling apartment, commercial, and interior projects will be preferred.
• Must be capable of independently managing architectural design, detailed drafting, and site coordination.
• Should possess the design capabilities of an Architect and the drafting speed and technical precision of an experienced Draftsman.
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing completed residential, commercial, and interior projects.
