Architect

Key Responsibilities **Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss vision, project requirements, spatial needs, and budget limitations.**

Design \& Drafting: Develop initial concepts, sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed technical drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Vectorworks.

• *Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, ADA or accessibility standards, and safety regulations.**

Project Coordination: Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers, contractors, and consultants.

• *Documentation \& Contracts: Prepare construction documents, material specifications, tender bids, and sub\-contractor contracts.**

Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality, and resolve on\-site design or structural issues.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• *Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution.** Licensure: Professional registration or state/national architectural license (e.g., Council of Architecture in India).

• *Experience: \[e.g., 3 to 6\+ years] of proven architectural and site execution experience.**

Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Rhino).

• *Soft Skills: Strong communication, creative visualization, leadership, and project management abilities.**

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
