Architect

Rippotai Architecture is looking for an experienced Architect to manage architectural design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, be comfortable handling projects independently, and have good client communication and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans and design proposals.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and 3D presentations.
• Manage projects from initial design to execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Handle multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Guide junior architects and coordinate with the design team.
• Resolve design and execution\-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project handling.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and other architectural design software.
• Experience in preparing working drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong design, planning and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and client\-handling abilities.
• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate with a team.
• Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
