We are looking for a talented and proactive Architect with strong technical, 3D Modelling \& Architectural Design Skills to join our architecture firm.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop architectural plans and concepts for bungalow projects.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using Sketchup, Rhino and other relevant software.
• Develop architectural and interior design concepts into detailed drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections and Architectural\-Interior details.
• Coordinate design revisions, day to day site coordination and can execute projects independently.

• *Requirements :**

• 3\-5 years of relevant experience in Residential Architecture and Interior Designing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Rhino and SketchUp or similar 3D software.
• Good understanding of residential architecture, bungalow planning and interior design.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
