Architect

Ashleys is looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage architectural drawings and coordinate effectively with internal teams and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts, working drawings and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and coordinate drawing revisions.
• Ensure accuracy and detailing in architectural drawings, dimensions and specifications.
• Coordinate with interior design, structural consultants, vendors and site execution teams.
• Review drawings and ensure smooth execution as per design intent.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical queries during execution.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings and project deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in architecture.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural working drawings.
• Must be proficient in Metric layouts and working in MM (millimetres).
• Must have GFC drawings available in their portfolio.
• Strong coordination, detailing and problem\-solving skills.
