Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Architect** to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, knowledge of interior planning, and the ability to execute projects from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, civil engineers, contractors, and site teams.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
• Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
• Ensure proper space planning, functionality, and design aesthetics.
• Handle design revisions and incorporate client feedback.
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in architecture/interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as V\-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture layouts, and detailing.
• Strong design sense, creativity, and technical drawing skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
