Job Title: Landscape Architect

• *Position Summary**We are seeking a creative, detail\-oriented, and passionate **Landscape Architect** to join our team. In this role, you will plan, design, and oversee the development of outdoor environments—ranging from public parks, commercial complexes, and urban streetscapes to residential gardens and ecological restoration projects. You will balance aesthetic vision with environmental sustainability, functionality, and regulatory compliance to create spaces that harmonize with nature and enhance communities.
• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Design \& Concept Development:** Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and budgets. Prepare initial sketches, master plans, 3D renderings, and detailed design documentation.
• **Site Planning \& Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive site evaluations, assessing existing topography, soil conditions, drainage, existing vegetation, and environmental impact.
• **Plant \& Material Selection:** Choose appropriate native plants, trees, hardscape materials, lighting, and site furnishings that suit the regional climate, aesthetic, and maintenance requirements.
• **Technical Drawings \& Specifications:** Produce precise grading plans, layout plans, construction details, and technical specifications using industry\-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• **Project Management:** Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, urban planners, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are executed according to specifications and safety standards.
• **Regulatory Compliance:** Navigate zoning laws, environmental regulations, building codes, and permitting processes. Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., ADA guidelines).
• **Sustainability Integration:** Incorporate sustainable design practices, such as water\-efficient irrigation, xeriscaping, green roofs, and stormwater management systems (SUDS).

• *Qualifications \& Requirements**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• **Experience:** freshers also can apply , 1 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or site planning. (Adjust based on junior/senior level)
• **Software Proficiency:**
• Design \& Drafting: AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, or Vectorworks.
• 3D Modeling \& Rendering: SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, or Enscape.
• Presentation \& Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• **Skills \& Competencies:**
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of creative design, technical drawing, and plant knowledge.
• In\-depth knowledge of horticulture, soil science, and regional plant palettes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and cross\-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem\-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and project timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹52,000\.00 per month
