The ideal candidates will bring substantial experience in **mid\-scale architectural projects**, especially **commercial base\-build developments**, from a reputed design firm. Hands\-on project exposure and proficiency in the latest architectural technologies are a must.
*Key Responsibilities**
Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept through execution.
Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations.
Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components.
