Architectural Draughtsman/woman

· Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.

· Create architectural drawings based on building specification, calculations sketches.

· Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.

· Analyse building space to create architectural design.

· Coordinating documents related to sanction with the clients and ensuring all details are correct.

· Use AutoCAD software to create technical drawings and handing over the same to the project coordinator and site engineer.

· Develop electrical and structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings.

· Guide junior draftsmen with detailing of drawings.

· Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.

· Ensuring to adhere to the industry standards and safety regulations at all times.

· Keeping up\-to\-date with the latest trends, developments and technologies in architectural design.

· To ensure architectural working drawings are done on time keeping the deadlines.

· Cross check construction works done at design and construction sites.

· Following up design sites with contractors and getting site updates weekly.

· Making necessary changes in drawing with site updates, if needed.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
