• *Job Description**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Architectural Designer** with strong technical knowledge and visualization skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural planning, 2D drafting, 3D modelling, rendering, and presentation of architectural projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare architectural 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed architectural and BIM models using Revit Architecture.
• Create 3D models, concepts, and design presentations using SketchUp.
• Produce high\-quality realistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape, Lumion, and V\-Ray.
• Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
• Revise drawings and 3D models based on client and project requirements.
• Assist in developing creative and functional architectural design solutions.

Required Skills \& Software Knowledge

• AutoCAD – 2D drafting and detailing.
• Revit Architecture – BIM modelling and documentation.
• SketchUp – 3D modelling and design development.
• Enscape – Real\-time architectural visualization.
• Lumion – 3D rendering and walkthroughs.
• V\-Ray – Photorealistic rendering and visualization.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
