The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with retailers, electricians, and channel partners, and driving sales growth in the Electrical Low Voltage Switchgear industry and Wiring Device like Modular Switches. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, electricians, and channel partners in Uttarakhand.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the Electrical Low Voltage Switchgear industry.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product launches.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Electrical Low Voltage Switchgear industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
