Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities – Area Sales Manager**
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Lead, motivate, and manage Medical Representatives to achieve team targets.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint working with the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor team performance, DCRs, sales reports, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure effective product promotion and implementation of company strategies.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
