Responsibilities

\- Talk to clients and gather their requirements in detail

\- Understand what each client is looking for, whether they want to rent, buy or sell

\- Stay in regular contact with clients and keep them updated

\- Work with the internal team to find and shortlist the best matching properties

\- Work closely with clients, answer their property queries and guide them through their options

\- Show suitable properties and arrange site visits

\- Support clients during property onboarding

\- Negotiate and close deals successfully

\- Follow up regularly and record every client requirement in the company database

Eligibility

\- Any degree

\- A two\-wheeler is mandatory, as the role involves site visits

\- Good communication and people skills

\- Confident, polite and able to build trust with clients

\- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru localities is a plus

\- Freshers who are willing to learn are welcome
