Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Area Sales Manager** to lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Executives.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to close sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure proper follow\-up with prospects until successful closure.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Travel within the assigned area to monitor sales activities and support the field team.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
