Area Sales Manager- Enterprise

The Area Sales Manager – Enterprise drives direct sales to enterprise customers in an assigned territory, selling our fuel monitoring solutions and Secured 2\-channel dashcams to fleet operators, transporters, logistics companies and institutions. This field\-based, target\-carrying role carries a monthly target of 150 Fuel Level Sensors or 150 Secured dashcams.

• *Experience Required**

3–7 years in enterprise, institutional or key\-account sales.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Achieve the monthly target of 150 Fuel Level Sensor units or 150 Secured 2\-channel dashcams in the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire enterprise customers, including fleet operators, transporters, logistics, industrial and school\-transport fleets.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3× the monthly target in Zoho CRM.
• Engage fleet heads, operations and procurement teams; run demonstrations, pilots and ROI\-led proposals.
• Negotiate and close orders within approved commercial and discount limits.
• Hand over complete order scope to Operations for timely installation and customer onboarding.
• Guide Business Development Executives in the territory through joint visits and weekly pipeline reviews.
• Maintain accurate daily activity, opportunity and forecast records in Zoho CRM.

• Strong enterprise and key\-account sales track record
• Ability to carry and consistently achieve a monthly unit target
• Existing relationships with fleet operators and transporters in the territory
• Confident technical product demonstration and ROI\-led selling
• Disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management
• Self\-driven, mobile and comfortable with extensive travel within the territory

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
