Experience

Minimum 3\+ years, preferably in the Tiles, Sanitary Ware or Building Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales across Lucknow and nearby districts.
• Develop new dealers and distributors and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Expand market presence and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate business opportunities in government and private projects.
• Build relationships with builders, architects, contractors and project consultants.
• Monitor market activities, competitor strategies and sales performance.
• Prepare sales plans and regular market reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate; MBA in Sales \& Marketing preferred.
• Strong experience in retail sales and dealer/distributor development.
• Knowledge of the building materials market.
• Project sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be target\-oriented, result\-driven and willing to travel.
