Area Sales Manager

• *Job Description – Area Manager**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Visit White Mart franchisees regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
• Drive secondary sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor franchise performance and support improvements in sales and operations.
• Coordinate promotional activities and communicate offers, schemes, and company updates.
• Review stock availability and coordinate replenishment based on sales requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team when required.
• Support franchise teams with product knowledge, sales guidance, and customer service.
• Address franchise concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Submit regular reports on franchise visits, sales performance, collections, and action plans.

• *Requirements**

• Experience in sales, channel management, or franchise operations, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple franchise locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area
• A valid four\-wheeler driving licence and driving experience are mandatory, as a company car will be provided for official travel.

Job Types: Permanent, Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
