• *About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Area Sales Manager (ASM – GT Sales)** to drive **General Trade business growth** in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening distribution, expanding outlet coverage, achieving sales targets, and managing distributor \& retailer relationships effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG sales experience, excellent team\-handling capabilities, and the ability to execute market growth strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drive General Trade (GT) sales and achieve monthly \& quarterly targets
• Strengthen distributor network and ensure smooth operations
• Increase market reach, outlet coverage, and product visibility
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market stakeholders
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure availability of products in the market
• Execute promotional activities and market development initiatives
• Analyze sales performance, ROI, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies in the assigned territory

• Local market understanding of South Delhi will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
