We are seeking a dynamic and result\-driven **Area Sales Manager** to oversee and drive sales performance across multiple retail outlets in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand standards across leading sports brands like Puma, Nike, Reebok, New Balance, and ASICS.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Growth**
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
- Monitor store\-wise performance and implement strategies to achieve KPIs
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities
- Ensure high conversion rates and average bill value (ABV)
- *Store Operations Management**
- Oversee day\-to\-day operations of multiple retail stores
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Conduct regular store visits and audits
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff and supervisors
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
- Motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- *Brand \& Customer Experience**
- Ensure premium customer experience aligned with global brand standards
- Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and visual appeal
- Handle escalations and customer complaints effectively
- *Reporting \& Coordination**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management
- Coordinate with HO teams for marketing, merchandising, and HR activities
- Ensure timely implementation of promotions and campaigns
- **Experience:** 5–8 years in retail sales (preferably sports/lifestyle brands)
- **Education:** Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong experience in handling multi\-store operations
- Good understanding of retail KPIs (Conversion, ATV, UPT, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with brands like Puma, Nike, Reebok, New Balance, ASICS, or similar
- Exposure to franchise or distribution business models
