• *Experience:** 2–5 years in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in bitumen, petroleum products or road\-construction materials

• *Qualification:** MBA mandatory; specialisation in Marketing preferred

### **Role Overview:**

Drive bitumen sales and business development across the assigned territory and surrounding markets. The role involves acquiring customers, strengthening existing relationships, achieving sales targets and ensuring timely payment collections.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop business with road contractors, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, hot\-mix plant operators and dealers.
• Identify upcoming road projects, assess bitumen requirements and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales volume, revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits and convert enquiries into orders.
• Track competitor pricing, supply availability and market demand.
• Coordinate with terminal, logistics and accounts teams for timely dispatches, deliveries and customer support.
• Monitor customer credit exposure, outstanding payments and collections.
• Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly reports covering sales, enquiries, market developments and collections.

### **Candidate Requirements:**

• MBA from a recognised institution.
• 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales and marketing experience; direct bitumen sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship\-management skills.
• Familiarity with the assigned territory and local contractor network preferred.
• Proficiency in Kannada and working knowledge of English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to independently manage sales targets, customer accounts and payment follow\-ups.
