Station Manager

1\. Timely Opening \& Closing of Premises follow up.

2\. Available Manpower check \& Creation of alternative options for smooth operations.

3\. Follow\-up on timely processes done on Operational Ground Level.

4\. Reporting to AOM/ROM \& HR if any major/minor dispute and also share the plan of action to address the same.

5\. Check \& follow up taking for KPI Performance till day end.

6\. Preplan for next day Operation Working.

Key Result Areas

1\. Timely Report of Employees Follow\-up

2\. Receiving \& OOR Process to be completed in the designated time\-line.

3\. Performance Follow\-up of Station

Helmet Adherence – 1005

DEA Miss Prem – 0\.35%

DEA Miss Stand – 0\.55%

DOT\- Prem – 96\.5%

DOT Standard – 94\.5%

C\-return FDPS – 87%

Short Cash – 0\.15%

Good Scan Delivery – 95%

Good Scan Pick up – 95%

LMR,ECR, DNR and RWP closure within 1 hour of mail receipt

4\. Behavior should be soft spoken \& professional

5\. Office Decorum to be maintained

6\. Audit picture, TDR update \& Hygiene to be done and maintained with 2 hours of OOR done

7\. Station Scrub to be done by 12 Noon daily basis without any failure or follow\-up

8\. OOR Scrub to be done by 11:45 PM

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
