We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Argus Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes to support business and regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, end users, and technical teams to gather requirements, perform testing, prepare documentation, and ensure successful project delivery.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering \& Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders and end users.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and business discussions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, end users, and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication across project stakeholders.
- Manage requirement clarifications and support project delivery activities.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing \& Validation
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation activities.
- Perform functional testing and coordinate defect resolution.
- Validate solutions against business and regulatory requirements.
Documentation
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Guides, Test Scripts, Change Requests, and Process Documentation.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit\-ready.
- Maintain traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions.
Project Support
- Participate in project planning, change management, and release activities.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.
- Assist in preparing status reports and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Required Skills \& Experience
- Strong knowledge of Argus Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating business and functional documentation.
- Experience in testing, UAT coordination, and validation activities.
- Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent project management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical domains.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Pharmacovigilance workflows.
- Experience supporting Argus Safety implementations, enhancements, or migrations.
- Understanding of GxP, FDA, EMA, and global compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Pharmacovigilance are a plus.
Experience Required
- 4–8\+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience working with Argus Safety and Pharmacovigilance projects is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹3,500,000\.00 per year
