Response India Pvt Ltd is an advertising agency helping brands grow through strategic thinking, standout creative, and measurable results. We're looking for an Art Director who can turn big ideas into visuals that get noticed.

The Role

As Art Director, you will lead the visual direction of campaigns from concept to final execution. You will partner with copywriters, strategists, and the client servicing team to create work that is original, on\-brief, and beautifully crafted, while guiding and mentoring junior designers and visualisers.

Key Responsibilities

\- Conceptualise and develop creative campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social

\- Lead the visual direction of projects, keeping work consistent with brand guidelines and campaign strategy

\- Work closely with copywriters to develop ideas as a creative team

\- Present concepts and creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders

\- Guide, review, and mentor designers and junior art directors

\- Oversee production of final artwork, including photoshoots, illustrations, and motion or video elements

\- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines and budgets

\- Collaborate with strategy, media, and digital teams to ensure creative works across channels

\- Contribute to new business pitches with strong creative ideas and presentations

\- Keep up with design trends, emerging formats, and platform best practices

Requirements

\- 4\+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Visualiser in an advertising agency or design studio

\- A strong portfolio showing original ideas, craft, and campaigns across multiple channels

\- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

\- Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and composition

\- Ability to take a brief and turn it into a clear creative concept

\- Excellent presentation and communication skills

\- Experience leading or mentoring a design team

\- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Nice to Have

\- Familiarity with AI design tools and how they fit into creative workflows

\- Experience with \[FMCG / BFSI / Real Estate / Healthcare / etc.] brands

\- Award\-winning work or recognition at industry forums

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
