• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers to deliver high\-quality creative outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Develop creative strategies and oversee the execution of design projects across digital and print platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual communication across all deliverables.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including content, video, and performance marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, campaigns, and design expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
• Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and layout design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹85,000\.00 per month
