About the role

Build games, tools and websites with AI. We will teach you how. No degree, no experience and no

coding needed. You just need curiosity and the stubbornness to keep going when the first attempt

doesn't work.

This is not a developer role. We describe what we want, AI writes it, and then the real work starts:

checking whether it actually works, finding the bit that's subtly wrong, and explaining clearly enough

what's wrong that the next attempt gets it right.

What you will do

• Build things with AI. A game screen, a calculator, a landing page, a one\-page report. Supervised

at first, then on your own.

• Test everything properly. Open the game on a real phone, play it to the end, click the thing

nobody clicks, and work out which issues really matter.

• Run our existing pipelines. Turn session footage into Instagram reels, slides into videos, and

data into dashboards. Spot where they break and tell us.

• Keep the catalogue accurate. Check thumbnails, descriptions and links so everything matches

and actually opens.

• Write things down. When you work out how something is done, document it so the next person

doesn't have to start again.

What we are looking for

• You already use AI for your own things, out of curiosity.
• You notice when something is off: a misaligned button, a number that can't be right.
• You can say exactly what is wrong, not just "it's broken".
• You don't give up after the first failed attempt.
• You write clear, plain English.
• You are comfortable with files, folders, spreadsheets and browsers.

Good signs: you have built something, even something scrappy (a game, a site, a spreadsheet, an

edited video, a bot). You can explain a mistake you made and how you fixed it. You play games,

make videos or take things apart.

Not required: a computer science or engineering degree, programming experience, prior work in

tech, or any specific software.
