Job Summary

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate Artificial Intelligence \& Machine Learning (AI \& ML) Trainer to deliver technical training and mentor students in developing practical AI and ML skills. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands\-on project experience, and the ability to explain complex concepts through practical, industry\-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Teach Python programming, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science fundamentals.
• Provide hands\-on training in AI/ML tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Guide students in developing real\-world AI/ML projects and practical applications.
• Train students in supervised learning, unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation.
• Introduce students to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and relevant AI tools.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and project guidelines.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical tasks, and project reviews.
• Clarify technical doubts and provide individual guidance to students.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery and student progress.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Practical experience with libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model building, training, testing, and evaluation.
• Understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI.
• Experience in developing AI/ML projects and practical applications.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant industry or training experience.
• Candidates with strong practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
