Salary: ₹29,000 per month (CTC ₹3\.5 LPA) \+ Incentives \+ Petrol Allowance
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented DSA Sales Executive with experience in Gold Loan sales to join our team in Madurai. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing business through DSAs, generating leads, and driving Gold Loan sales.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Gold Loan sales experience
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan products and processes
- Experience in DSA/channel sales will be preferred
- Good communication and relationship\-building skills
- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated professional
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage DSA/channel partner relationships
- Generate Gold Loan business through DSAs and field activities
- Identify new business opportunities and customer prospects
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during loan processing
- Regular market visits and competitor analysis
