• *About the Role**

A high\-end multi\-designer studio in Park Street is seeking a polished, personable **Fashion Consultant \& Client Advisor** to join our in\-store customer experience team.

In this position, you will act as a personal stylist and brand ambassador, guiding discerning shoppers through custom bridal wear, celebratory Indian couture, and modern ready\-to\-wear collections. If you have an eye for styling, an understanding of bespoke garments, and genuine passion for client engagement, this role provides an ideal platform to grow your fashion retail career.

• *What You Will Do**

• **Curate Shopping Experiences:** Host walk\-in visitors and private appointment clients, offering individualized wardrobe curation and styling guidance tailored to festive, wedding, and cocktail occasions.
• **Drive Conversions \& Basket Value:** Present cohesive ensembles, introduce coordinating separates or statement accessories, and maximize daily sales targets through thoughtful cross\-styling.
• **Master Product Stories:** Understand fabric compositions, artisanal hand\-embroidery techniques (zardozi, thread work, sequins), garment fits, and care handling to convey brand craftsmanship to buyers.
• **Manage Fittings \& Tailoring Coordination:** Conduct fitting sessions with finesse, take clear alteration notes, and interface directly with our in\-house master tailors to guarantee flawless garment finish and delivery.
• **Floor Operations \& Cash Desk:** Handle sales transactions, digital invoicing, point\-of\-sale software entries, and day\-end payment balancing with accuracy.
• **Maintain Display Aesthetics:** Uphold boutique floor presentation, keeping garment racks organized, mannequins styled, and trial suites spotless throughout store hours.
• **Inventory Control:** Support stock intake, barcoding, cycle counts, and stockroom cleanliness.
• **Social \& Visual Support:** Assist with quick in\-house styling showcases, photo/video moments, and seasonal mood boards when needed.

• *Candidate Profile**

• **Background:** 1 to 3\+ years in luxury retail, designer studio clienteling, or premium apparel showroom sales.
• **Education:** Minimum Higher Secondary completed; diploma/degree in Fashion Styling, Garment Technology, or Retail Management is welcomed.
• **Soft Skills \& Presence:** Impeccably groomed with strong social etiquette and active listening skills.
• **Languages:** Comfortable conversing in English and Hindi; conversational Bengali is a clear plus for engaging local clientele.
• **Technical Aptitude:** Basic working knowledge of computerized billing systems (POS) and inventory spreadsheets.

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (commensurate with background and styling acumen)
