Assistant Branch Manager

We are looking for result\-driven **Assistant Branch Manager** with **strong Gold Loan experience/ Micro Fianance/Stock Broking** to lead high\-performing teams, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional branch performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end branch operations efficiently.
• Drive sales of **Gold Loans, Stock Broking, Investment Products, and NBFC offerings**.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals through effective business development.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the branch's local market presence.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer service.

• *Requirements**

✔ **Minimum 3\+ years of experience in financial services.**

✔ **Mandatory experience in Gold Loans.**

✔ Experience in **Stock Broking and/or NBFC products** will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills.

✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
