Assistant Branch Manager

• *About the Role / Position Summary**

We are seeking Dynamic and customer\-focused Assistant Branch Managers to support branch operations across our branches in Thrissur, Ernakulam, Palakkad and Idukki district. Lakshit Agro Multi State Co\-operative Society Limited is a rapidly growing multi\-state cooperative organization offering customer\-centric financial and allied services through its expanding branch network.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Support day\-to\-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Assist in achieving branch business and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support branch staff in achieving performance goals.
• Promote financial products including deposits, loans, and other services.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain branch records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with branch management to improve business performance.
• Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives.

• *Requirements / Qualifications**

• Graduate/PG in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Cooperative Society, Gold Loan, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
• Experience in branch operations and customer handling is mandatory.
• Malayalam speaking is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at any of the listed branch locations.
