• *About the Role**

We are looking for a marketing professional with practical experience in launching a brand or product and coordinating marketing activities from planning to execution. You will drive marketing plans, coordinate specialists and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Develop and execute go\-to\-market plans for new brands and products.

· Coordinate brand positioning, messaging, launch timelines and promotional campaigns.

· Prepare launch checklists, execution trackers, budgets and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate website readiness, product pages, content, social media and creative requirements.

· Work with performance marketing, SEO, design and development resources to execute campaigns.

· Coordinate client briefs, approvals, feedback and delivery timelines.

· Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.

· Monitor campaign progress and maintain weekly execution and performance reports.

· Track agreed objectives and recommend improvements based on results.

• *What We're Looking For**

· 3\+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or brand management.

· **Hands\-on participation in at least one brand or product launch is essential.**

· Understanding of go\-to\-market execution, digital campaigns and customer acquisition.

· Strong project coordination, analytical and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple activities and drive execution independently.

• *Preferred:** Experience with D2C, e\-commerce, consumer products or marketing agencies.
