Assistant Business Manager

We are looking for a motivated and target\-oriented Assistant Business Manager (ABM) to support business development, team performance, customer acquisition, collections, and operational activities within an assigned area.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and leadership skills, a strong target\-oriented approach, and the willingness to travel for field activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and guide Collection Executives to achieve business and collection targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition and business development.
• Monitor daily business, collection, and overdue performance.
• Monitor and support team performance.
• Conduct customer verification, field visits, and team audits.
• Review applications and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor overdue accounts and recovery activities.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, Financial Services, Sales, or Collections is preferred.
• Experience in team handling or supervisory roles will be an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Target\-oriented with good decision\-making and problem\-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
