We Required **Assistant General Manager** ( Must : CA ( Chartered Accountant )

Knowledge of Taxation and Statutory Compliance

1\. Overall supervision of accounts team and finalization of books

2\. Monthly, quarterly and annual closing and MIS reporting to management

3\. GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance

4\. Coordination with statutory, internal and tax auditors

5\. Cash flow monitoring and fund planning

6\. Budget vs actual analysis and cost control

7\. Review of vendor / contractor bills and payment approvals

8\. Banking coordination and loan / bank compliance support

9\. Review of internal controls and process improvement

10\. Experience Required 5\-7 Years
