Assistant General Manager - Sales

Job Title: Assistant General Manager / Senior Sales Manager \- Real Estate (Lucknow)

​Job Description: ​Shri Balaji Construction Company (BCC), based in Lalbagh, Lucknow, is a leading real estate developer known for delivering landmark projects like Daffodils (Sapphire), Vrindavan Yojana, and BCC Green Heights. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic and experienced leaders to drive our market presence. ​We are specifically seeking candidates who have built their careers in top real estate markets like Delhi/NCR and are originally from Lucknow, offering them a unique chance to return to their home district while maintaining a high\-income profile.

​Key Responsibilities: ​For AGM: Lead and mentor the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive high\-volume sales targets across our premium projects.

​For Senior Sales Manager: Direct the sales efforts, manage client acquisition and retention, negotiate deals, and contribute to achieving overall sales objectives. ​Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. ​Represent Shri Balaji Construction Company professionally to clients and partners. ​Requirements: ​Experience: ​AGM: 7 to 14 years in Real Estate Sales and Marketing.

​Senior Sales Manager: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales. ​Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

​Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and regulatory framework.

​Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

​A native connection to Lucknow is a strong plus for this role. ​
