Assistant General Manager

Supervise the planning and implementation of sales strategies.

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve sales and service targets.

Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales and service reports.

Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.

Analyse market trends and identify new sales opportunities.

Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales performance.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service and quick support.

Assist in planning sales budgets and forecasting future sales.

Organize meetings, training, and performance reviews for the sales and service team.

Contribute to increasing company revenue and market growth.

Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a premium experience for all clients

Strong Team Management skills with an ability to motivate, lead, and develop personnel

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle day\-to\-day operational responsibilities effectively

Relevant experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of its dynamics is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
