Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
  • *Requirements**
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the **IT/Digital Marketing industry** is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
