Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the **IT/Digital Marketing industry** is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
