Assistant IT Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls and network security solutions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and optimize cloud resources.
• Administer enterprise storage solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor and maintain SQL/MySQL/Oracle databases, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Plan, implement, and monitor server upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for hardware procurement, warranty, and technical support.
• Lead and mentor the infrastructure support team while ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
• Implement IT security best practices, endpoint protection, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Prepare infrastructure documentation, reports, SOPs, and asset management records.
• Participate in IT projects, infrastructure migrations, and technology upgrades.

Required Skills

• Strong hands\-on experience with Windows \& Linux Server Administration.
• Expertise in Firewall Management (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco ASA, or equivalent).
• Hands\-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Storage Solutions, Backup, and Disaster Recovery.
• Experience in Database Administration (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of VMware, Hyper\-V, or other virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of Networking concepts including Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware (VCP), AWS/Azure, Fortinet NSE, , CCNA, or ITIL are preferred.

Pay: ₹17,243\.91 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
