Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure.
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls and network security solutions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and optimize cloud resources.
- Administer enterprise storage solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor and maintain SQL/MySQL/Oracle databases, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Plan, implement, and monitor server upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for hardware procurement, warranty, and technical support.
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure support team while ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Implement IT security best practices, endpoint protection, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Prepare infrastructure documentation, reports, SOPs, and asset management records.
- Participate in IT projects, infrastructure migrations, and technology upgrades.
Required Skills
- Strong hands\-on experience with Windows \& Linux Server Administration.
- Expertise in Firewall Management (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco ASA, or equivalent).
- Hands\-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Storage Solutions, Backup, and Disaster Recovery.
- Experience in Database Administration (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Good understanding of VMware, Hyper\-V, or other virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of Networking concepts including Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware (VCP), AWS/Azure, Fortinet NSE, , CCNA, or ITIL are preferred.
Pay: ₹17,243\.91 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
