• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts \& Finance with 6\+ years of experience to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, finalization of accounts, audits, and team management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate internal and statutory audits.
• Manage banking operations, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts \& Finance team.

• *Requirements**

CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com.

Minimum 6\+ years of experience in Accounts \& Finance, preferably in a manufacturing/export company.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and audits.

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books/ERP, and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
