Assistant Manager - Branch Operations - Freight Forwarding

Operational Management

• Coordinate end\-to\-end import and export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and delivery.
• Monitor shipment milestones, documentation, customs clearance and pending activities.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to customer SOPs and SLAs.

Customer Management

• Address customer queries and operational escalations within agreed timelines.
• Maintain service quality through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Cost \& Performance Management

• Monitor operational costs, productivity and resource utilization.
• Ensure timely job closure, billing coordination and cost control.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHAs and other service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve service\-related issues.

Compliance \& Process Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drive process improvements.

Cross\-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and overseas offices for seamless operations.
• Support customer onboarding, business handovers and operational feasibility assessments.
