The Assistant Manager \- CAT Axis will be responsible for supporting the Customer Acquisition Team (CAT) in executing business strategies aimed at driving customer engagement and acquisition. The Assistant Manager will oversee the implementation of campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure that objectives are being met efficiently. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies in line with the company's goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance customer outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer acquisition campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
- Ensure effective communication and workflow within the team to meet acquisition targets.
