Job Description
- *Job Title:** Assistant Manager – CRM (Handover Operations)
- *Location:** Ghatkopar East (Pantnagar), Mumbai
- *Project:** Raveshia Aryana Heights
- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
- *Timings:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented Assistant Manager – CRM to manage post\-OC (Occupancy Certificate) and possession\-related activities at site. This role involves coordination with internal teams and communication with customers to ensure a smooth handover process.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Post\-OC \& Possession Management**
- Handle the process from OC receipt to final possession handover
- Follow internal processes and maintain documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions and handovers
- *Snagging \& Quality Coordination**
- Conduct snagging inspections with customers
- Track and follow up on closure of observations
- Coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- *Handover \& Documentation**
- Ensure units are ready prior to possession
- Prepare and verify documents such as possession letters, forms, and payment records
- Coordinate with accounts for payment status and closure
- Maintain proper documentation records (physical and digital)
- *Customer Interaction**
- Act as a point of contact for customers after OC
- Respond to queries and provide updates
- Support a smooth possession experience
- *Coordination**
- Work with internal departments including projects, legal, accounts, and facility teams
- Monitor completion of pre\- and post\-possession activities
- *Process \& Reporting**
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Maintain reports and share updates with management
- *Candidate Requirements**
- 4\-6 years of experience in CRM or post\-sales, preferably in real estate
- Experience in possession and handover processes is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
