• Position Name:\- Customer Relationship Manager
• Department / Industry:\- Pharmaceuticals and healthcare products Tele sales tp channel partners.
• Job type:\- Permanent, full time, work from office.
• Shift:\- Day shift, 10:00 am to 06:30 pm.

Job profile:\- Responsible for contacting our franchise network across India via telephone and driving sales through them.

• MBA or PGDM \- MARKETING degree holders completed.
• ONLY NATIVE or PERMANENT RESIDENT of Lucknow.

Job Location:\- Alambagh, Lucknow

Basic requirements:\-

• Must have min 1 year or more only in **tele sales of** pharmaceuticals or healthcare products OR in any **BPO like Aegis** or others.
• Excellent **verbal** as well as written **ENGLISH.**

Job role:\-

• Attending Incoming \& Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
• To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise).
• Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
• Finding out their problems.
• Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
• Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
• Follow\-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
• Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious \& unresolved problems.

Salary:\- Rs.18,000 \- 20,000/\- per month \+ Incentives \+ benefits.
