Assistant Manager – Dashboards & MIS (Strategy & Planning)

• *Qualification:** CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred; B.Com / M.Com with strong MIS skills may also be considered
• *Experience:** 2\-4 years in MIS, reporting, FP\&A, or finance operations
• *CTC:** Up to ₹12\-13 LPA, based on experience and fit

• *Role Summary**

Create and maintain management dashboards from Excel and business data, using AI tools to build them quickly, and work with the ERP team to get the finalised dashboards developed and running live in ERP.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare dashboards covering Sales, Expenses, Profitability, Customer Outstanding and Ageing, Schemes, and Target vs Achievement
• Collect and consolidate data from Excel files, ERP extracts, and function teams, and keep it clean and consistent
• Use AI tools to build, refresh, and improve dashboards (formulas, visuals, summaries, automation)
• Define dashboard layouts, KPIs, and data logic with the Director’s team and function heads
• Convert finalised dashboards into clear ERP requirements: field mapping, calculation logic, report layouts, and user access
• Coordinate with the ERP/IT team through development, testing (UAT), and go\-live, and follow up until delivery
• Validate ERP dashboards against the Excel versions to confirm the numbers match
• Maintain documentation of dashboard definitions, formulas, and change requests
• Run the regular refresh and reporting cycle so dashboards stay current

• *Required Skills**

• Good understanding of sales, expenses, profitability, receivables, and scheme accounting
• Strong advanced Excel (pivots, Power Query, lookups, data modelling)
• Hands\-on use of AI tools for building dashboards and reports
• Basic working knowledge of Power BI or a similar tool
• Ability to write clear business requirement documents for IT/ERP teams
• Strong follow\-up, coordination, and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and ownership

• *Good to Have**

• Exposure to SAP or another ERP
• Experience in FMCG, electricals, or distributor/dealer\-led businesses
• Basic SQL

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
