Assistant Manager - HR

We are looking for a dynamic and people \- centric HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager \- Human Resources

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives , enhancing employee experience and supporting business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end \- to \- end recruitment and selection process
• Oversee onboarding , induction and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR policies , procedures and ensure statutory compliance
• Handle Performance management process and employee relations.
• Support HR operations including payroll coordination , attendance and HRMS

Ideal Candidate

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 3 \- 6 years relevant role of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance

Pay: From ₹40,000\.00 per month
