Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR (Compliance) to manage end\-to\-end statutory and labor law compliance for corporate and project site operations. The candidate should have strong experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or Construction industry and be capable of independently handling compliance audits, contractor compliance, statutory filings, and labor law requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws including PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops \& Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage contractor labor compliance across project sites and offices.
- Verify contractor licenses, wage records, PF/ESI challans, labor registers, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate and ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
- Handle labor department inspections, audits, and statutory assessments.
- Monitor compliance status and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure timely renewal of labor licenses, registrations, and statutory certifications.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Support payroll compliance activities and statutory reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent.
- Certification in Labor Laws/Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands\-on experience in EPC, Solar, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors.
- Expertise in contractor compliance management.
- Experience handling multi\-site workforce compliance.
